Gorilla Masks
Disguise masks are for theatrical and ceremonial purposes, whereas protective masks are more practical, like gas masks for miners, steel masks for welders and catcher’s masks in baseball games. But masks are not only for shielding and concealing. They also have another, much more entertaining use: fun!
Masks are also used as amusing outfit additions. There are political masks of well-known political figures; masks of pop icons like Michael Jackson or Madonna; horror masks that let people look like monsters, and many more. There are always new masks coming out on the market for people to have some fun with.
In addition, there are movie and cartoon character masks like Bob the Builder, the Terminator or Dora the Explorer as well. Some masks come with full-body costumes as well. Gorilla masks cover up head and neck, but will often come with a jumpsuit, and gorilla hands and feet. Some jumpsuits come with inset upper body piece and some gorilla masks come with a movable jaw.
There are high-quality molded masks designed to fit the user’s eyes and mouth, allowing him some movement as he speaks or otherwise moves the muscles in the face. These masks are made of good-quality latex and are designed so that the effect is striking.
There are also humorous mask/costume sets, like an Aloha Gorilla Hawaiian gorilla outfit wearing a flower pin, lei and coconut-shell bra. The mask is often made of soft latex. Those who are allergic to latex should take care to avoid any latex masks, however.
